Video transcript: Hey, what's going on? We get miracles and we expect them. So I was on the call Monday momentum tonight. Nigel is one of our leaders and dear friend and also we just learned so much from him and I'm so excited that he did this call. I would say it's actually two things that I admire about Nigel's character, just his intentionality with what he does and his love of learning. Like, you can tell when someone loves to learn and grow their minds because of how they give the value and how just fluent it is. And also to the second thing is his love for God and how he's an active follower and he really disciples through education value. But he wears it like on his sleeve and who he is and how he speaks. And I've been studying and watching him for a long time and every single time I hop on a call, it's the next level. Nigel, like tonight, I hope we have that recording because, okay. He came with this dude for show and it was amazing. Grateful for you. Always anyone that is ever connected or gets the chance to connect with Nigel, value that time. You'll learn so much and he's an amazing soul. Be great.

Video transcript: So Nigel has been an incredible leader for me by the way, that he maneuvers in various environments. He's somebody who has helped me do business while staying true to my faith and my foundations, which I think is very, very important. He's somebody who has shown me how to speak in front of thousands of people and to engage with the audience, which is a very high level leadership skill. And he's somebody who also demonstrates how to do business whilst being in a relationship, which I think is a very integral thing that all men and women need to learn and know how to do. One of my favorite traits and characteristics of Nigel is his transparency and honesty. You know, he's somebody who tells the truth, he's somebody who doesn't go around the edges and he's somebody who's director of that. And so being honest in business is essential. And I've been able to learn from this particular leader on to ensuring how to do that and also the importance of that throughout the organization.

Nigel, there's a few different things I can say that are extremely long, extremely long learned lessons that I've learned with you throughout business, several other occasions. I think the most important one is really just controlling your thoughts, mentality, understanding. There's always an end and have an end in mind when you begin something. So I'm going to take these few little dots, understanding the direction you want to head into, and don't let the distractions take you off track from the direction you want to head into. Other than that, I just wanted to keep it short, simple, to the point.

Video transcript: Hello, my name is Jesus Gill and just want to come on here and leave a quick feedback review from Nigel and really express what he's done for myself and my leadership journey. You know, I started leadership guys four years ago and, you know, throughout my journey, I was able to actually see Nigel from afar. I've been able to see him speak in front of people and see him lead thousands of individuals to the right direction. And the during the journey, I was always wanting to be mentored by an individual like him. And then 2023, I actually got across him more directly and he's actually from my hometown, which is really cool. And he picked me up when I most needed. He picked me up when some individuals in leadership didn't decide to continue working with me and he decided to work with me. And he basically helped me go from where I was at to where I'm at now by just opening the door and really showing me that you can connect faith and leadership. And that leadership is entailed with a lot of faith. And I'm very grateful that he did that because if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be thinking the way that I think today that's open other doors into achieving what I've done in leadership. To be able for myself now to speak in front of stages from seeing him do that, from me doing that. And he's somebody who truly cares and truly has a genuine heart, you know, from his experience and others experience in this space and helping me see leadership in a different way that nobody else really presented to me until he came into my life. So I'm very grateful to have somebody like Nigel in my leadership journey, and I'm very excited to continue to learn from him and then being able to apply the information that he's been able to give myself and many others and go from there. So, like I said, nigel, leadership, I appreciate you, bro, for everything that you do. And I'm very excited to continue to be working with you and to be able to learn from you on a week to week, month to month, day to day basis. Peace.

I initially joined for the leadership aspect, to be a better leader and to have that confidence in myself, to know that I can lead people and I am competent enough to do so. Whatever your goal is, the reason for that is when people know that you're a good leader, trust me, they have full conviction and they will follow you and they have all trust in you. So it's really important because when you tell people what to do, you know how to do things and they don't think that you're a good leader, you know, things aren't going to really go well. They may not follow you. So all of this stuff is really important. Nigel helps with us with this. You know, the community is great. We will have one thing in mind that's to improve as a person, whether it's mentally, financially, physically, anything in general, just developing yourself as a person. Video transcript: Man. You know, I can say so much about my brother Nigel Stinson. Not only is he a mentor to me, a friend, a brother from another, this guy has literally been there for me through thick and thin. And I don't say that just to say it. He's been there for me through a lot of things in my life, a lot of seasons in my life and I'm just truly, truly grateful, truly, truly appreciative of his brotherhood, of his mentorship, of his guidance in life and business. This is a one of one. There's no, there's no one like him. And once again, I don't say that just to say it. I don't say just to try to boast him, but that's literally from the bottom of my heart. I'm truly grateful for Nigel. I'm truly appreciative of him and everything he's done for me, for my mentality, for me spiritually as well. So I'm grateful.

Not only is he successful in the ventures that he has pursued, but he's successful in his walk in and in his personal development, which is so much more important, which brings me to the value that I've received from this community. Man, it's such an uncommon thing to be joined with like minded people. You know, it's one thing to have the money, but do we have the character? Do we have the mindset? Do we have those things that this community is focusing on and makes a priority in our life for? You know, I just want to say that as you listen, as you tune into the community, just be intentional. You know, allow it. Allow yourself to examine yourself. You know, we should be examining ourselves every day, and this community is an opportunity to do that, you know, defining what is the characteristics of leadership, defining what is leadership, what's it good for, you know, and everything.
